What we deliver

Two questions every front office asks.

Every roster decision comes down to the same two things. We answer both — with evidence, not opinion.

Who fits?

Roster building & recruitment

Find the players who fit your roster, your style and your budget — before your competitors do. We profile talent across Europe and surface the names that match what your team actually needs.

  • Recruitment shortlists tailored to your roster gaps
  • Player profiles that separate role from raw production
  • Coverage from top-tier leagues to the markets others miss

What lineups actually work?

Dedicated EuroLeague workbench

A focused view of Europe's toughest competition: which five-man units win their minutes, who drives it, and when it matters most.

  • Lineup Net Rating across every unit that shares the floor
  • VORP & Win Shares to weigh true individual impact
  • Momentum & clutch metrics for the possessions that decide games
  • Rotation maps that show how minutes really get spent

Player archetypes

Every player has a fingerprint.

We describe players by how they play, not just what they score — turning a season into a role signature you can compare at a glance. Two players can average the same points and be nothing alike. Pick a comparison and watch the shapes tell the story.

How closely the two role signatures overlap — our similarity read, distilled to a single number.

Skill areas shown are generic illustrations of a role signature. Real profiles are built from a richer set of play-style dimensions.

Two-way value

Who's actually elite on both ends?

Scoring is easy to see. Two-way impact isn't. We map every player by what they add on offense and defense — the players in the top-right corner are the ones who move winning, and the ones everyone else overpays to find late.

Cross-league translation

A player in Lithuania. A player in Spain. One scale.

European basketball is twenty different contexts pretending to be one market. We put players from different leagues on the same scale, so you can compare a target in Kaunas with one in Málaga — directly, honestly, and without guessing how the level translates.

You see who is genuinely ready for the step up, and who only looks good against weaker competition.

Projection — Player 1, moving up a level
Illustrative

Bars show projected per-game output with a floor–ceiling confidence range that widens the bigger the jump. Mockup player; illustrative only.

How we know it works

We don't ask you to trust us. We validate.

Before a projection reaches you, it's checked against players who actually made the move — what we projected versus what they really did. The more real-world moves we learn from, the tighter that agreement gets. Step through the stages and watch the cloud close in on the line.

agreement (illustrative R²)

With enough real moves to learn from, projections and reality line up. Closer to the diagonal means a projection you can put in front of a coach.

EuroLeague workbench

The deepest look at Europe's toughest league.

We build and run our own EuroLeague data pipeline end to end — so the workbench goes well past the box score. Twelve connected views, each answering a question a coaching staff actually argues about on a Monday.

Lineup Net Rating

Which exact five-man units win their minutes — and which get outscored when they share the floor.

Win Shares & VORP

True individual value, measured two independent ways that cross-check each other.

Two-way value map

Who helps on both ends — separated from players who only fill up the box score.

Momentum (MSI)

Who swings possessions: the steals, blocks and timely buckets that quietly move a game.

Clutch

Who rises in the last five minutes of a close game — and who quietly shrinks.

After-Time-Out

How your drawn-up plays score, versus what you give up out of an opponent's timeout.

Quarter flows

Slow starters, front-runners and closers — every team's rhythm at a glance.

Rotation & subs

How deep the rotation runs, the coach's habitual sub windows, and who backs up whom.

Rebounding & the glass

Who controls the boards, and where on the floor misses actually come back.

Assist → scorer links

Your most-used two-man games — and the pairings you should be running more.

Possession quality

How efficient each team is, and where its points really come from.

Skill curves

Who holds up when you ask them to do more — and who cracks under the load.

Who's behind it

Built by data science and basketball people — not one or the other.

Analytics only matters if it survives contact with the game. Everything we build is developed hand-in-hand with experienced basketball professionals — coaches, scouts and front-office decision-makers — and pressure-tested against how they actually make calls.

The result: numbers a basketball person can trust, delivered in the language a basketball person already speaks.

Next step

This is the starting line, not the finish.

Coverage grows every season. If you make roster decisions in European basketball, we should talk.
